Ardor 2.0 Digital Thali: The review

Ardor 2.1 is a lavish restaurant situated in Connaught Place, an architectural benchmark amidst Lutyens Delhi. Connaught place is known for its grandeur, great food options and showrooms to spend a fortune. It is always surrounded with crowd which enthuses great vibes. Ardor 2.1 has a very attractive interior and a fine menu acting like a crowd magnet. The restaurant is famous for its mouth-watering Dal Ardor, Stuffed Mushroom Caps, Virgin Pina Colada, Dragon Chicken, and various thali options. The food is fresh and tasty and is served with elan with a well sorted outdoor seating arrangement. The lit-up ambience looks royal.

Ardor 2.1 has become the first Indian restaurant to accept cryptocurrency which is a leap forward into the future. Watching the world become digitalized, Ardor 2.1doesn’t want to stay behind and that’s why they have come up with the ‘Digital Thali’. The digital thali offers you not just Indian delicacy but also international popular dishes like Pita Bread with Hummus, Manchurian with Fried rice, Burger and more. What makes this thali interesting is the taste is its presentation. The Thali comes with a digital screen which mention your name so making the presentation a personalised one. I personally loved Delhi ke Chole Bhature, Charcoal coloured burger  and Kulcha with Paneer gravy. Though it turned soggy but taste wise it was awesome. One more thing, even if you are foodie and have a very huge appetite, you will not be able to finish the whole thali in one go. So we suggest you bring your friend and family with you. Cost is also pocket-friendly.

But obviously, you don’t have to just satiate your eyes, you can place the order too using the digital menu available at the restaurant. The thali has exciting dishes to tempt the taste buds and tummy feels good too. Suvveet Kalra, the owner said, “With this thali Ardor 2.1 is becoming the first Indian restaurant to accept cryptocurrency as a means to pay for it.” In fact, Ardor 2.1 is giving 20% off to customers who pay via cryptocurrency and 10% off if you pay via PAYTM or credit cards. It’s a great concept to promote cryptocurrency payments. They also provide a detailed audio message from the owner describing the story behind the digital thali. The digital thali has its own tagline that is ‘Extravagaanza’ which means spectacular entertainment and the logo is huge, served under a cryptocurrency tower layout. It is a fusion of Indian, Mexican, and Chinese delicacies. Their ala-carte menu is a special lookout.

Ardor 2.1 provides pocket friendly deals and great offers like if you tag along 2 other people to enjoy this thali and let 2 other guests share your table while all 5 of you order 2 thalis (one for you three and one for the other two guests), you’ll get a 10% off on each as the restaurant wants to build upon the concept of socializing and sharing. This is an attractive deal where you can save while you brunch and meet new people too. You can also pre-order the thali and head on a later date in case there’s a special occasion or holiday to spend.
