DMCBazaar Expands Global Footprint with UAE Headquarters, Eyes International B2B Travel Growth

Indian travel technology company DMCBazaar has expanded its international footprint with the incorporation of its headquarters in the United Arab Emirates, marking a significant step in its ambition to build a global B2B travel marketplace connecting travel businesses across international markets.

The move signals the company’s evolution from an India-focused travel platform to a global technology marketplace designed to simplify cross-border transactions for travel agencies, destination management companies (DMCs), airlines, banks and enterprise travel partners.

The UAE entity will serve as DMCBazaar’s international hub, supporting expansion across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and other key global markets. Through the new entity, the company plans to offer a localized operating framework, including multi-currency transactions, international payment capabilities, destination-specific contracting and regional supplier partnerships.

The expansion comes amid growing demand for technology platforms that can help travel businesses manage international bookings more efficiently while reducing operational complexities and foreign exchange challenges.

Founded by Varun Sarda, Vedant Sarda and Irshad Dadan, DMCBazaar has built a technology-driven marketplace backed by a network of more than 1,000 global suppliers, multiple hotel and travel APIs, and infrastructure developed in collaboration with OneAbove. The platform enables travel companies to access worldwide inventory through a single integrated system.

Unlike conventional booking engines, DMCBazaar is positioning itself as a marketplace that allows travel buyers and suppliers to transact seamlessly across borders. The company also plans to accelerate the rollout of its white-label marketplace solutions and API integrations for travel companies, airlines, banks, loyalty programmes and enterprise partners seeking to offer travel services under their own brands.

Commenting on the expansion, Varun Sarda, Co-founder, DMCBazaar, said, “Travel today is inherently global, and technology needs to evolve to support that reality. Establishing our UAE headquarters is a strategic milestone that enables us to serve international partners through localized operations, multi-currency capabilities, faster settlements and stronger supplier relationships. Our vision extends beyond building a booking platform, we are creating the infrastructure that powers the next generation of global travel commerce.”

Co-founder Irshad Dadan, who also founded OneAbove DMC, said the industry continues to face fragmentation across destinations and supplier networks. He noted that DMCBazaar aims to bring trusted destination expertise and technology together on a single platform, enabling travel businesses to source products, manage operations and scale internationally with greater efficiency.

Looking ahead, the company plans to further strengthen its global supplier network, expand international partnerships and invest in AI-driven booking automation and enterprise travel technology. It is also enhancing its white-label and API capabilities to support financial institutions, airlines, corporate travel providers and travel companies looking to launch their own branded travel marketplaces.

With its UAE headquarters now operational, DMCBazaar is positioning itself as a global technology partner for travel businesses seeking a scalable, borderless platform to manage international travel commerce.
