Tokarii – Mindful Sourcing, a new-age, chic, concept cloud kitchen.

Tokarii, with the unique concept of sustainable living, brings nutritious meals with locally sourced and homegrown ingredients. The brand announced their launch in Gurgaon and have been serving their patrons healthy and hygienically prepared scrumptious delights. The brains behind the brand are Jatin Katyal and Aditya Kapoor.

We tried their Junglee Paneer Slider, Crispy Spicy Chicken Slider, Paneer Tikka Sandwich, Caramalised Mushrooms & Gouda Cheese Sandwich, Turkish Chicken Sandwich, Apple Cinnamon Pie Slider, and Peanut Butter Honey and Cocao on Brioche. We truly liked Junglee Paneer Slider and Caramalised Mushrooms & Gouda Cheese Sandwich which was truly amazing and delicious.

What makes their food so different is the use of fresh organic ingredients which give an amazing taste with every bite. It’s a light, refreshing, nutritious and flavourful experience.

Tokarii was born with the need to encourage mindful eating in a world that is ruled by fast food and fast living. They have adopted hydroponic farming methods to grow different types of lettuce, red and yellow Swiss chard and microgreens, reducing 95% of their water usage.
