IHCL opens Devi Ratn in Jaipur

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the opening of Devi Ratn, Jaipur. This hotel will be a part of the SeleQtions brand – a named collection of hotels and resorts.

Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, IHCL said, “We are excited to welcome Devi Ratn to the SeleQtions portfolio, which was selected for its bold originality, rich character, and innovative design. With this addition, the company will offer guests a differentiated choice of hotels and palaces in the legendary city of Jaipur.”

Located a short distance from the city centre, the resort is spread over 20 acres of lush green landscapes. Each of the spacious 60 rooms and suites offers a view of the Aravalli hills. Devi Ratn takes its name from the Nav Ratn – the nine gems symbolizing cosmic energy. Inspired by the Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory, the hotel’s modern architecture weaves in Rajasthan’s vibrant tradition and culture.

Vyom, the all-day dining restaurant, with its 18-feet towering pillars, serves contemporary Indian and European cuisine. Mandala, the eclectic bar serves inventive Jaipur cocktails. Guests can also enjoy a quiet meal at Jal, the poolside café.

The hotel’s conference room, banquet halls, and sprawling lawns are geared for grand occasions – be it corporate off-sites or fairy tale weddings.

“Devi Ratn is ideal for guests seeking unique experiences and unforgettable stories. It is well suited for leisure travellers and is the perfect venue for conferences and weddings. I am looking forward to welcoming guests to this beautiful new resort,” said Jalpreet Sodhi, General Manager, Devi Ratn, Jaipur. With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have nine hotels in Jaipur, including three under development.
