Koffee with IATTE to roll out on Dec 1

Indian Association of Travel & Tourism Experts (IATTE) in order to create better understanding and bonhomie among its members has introduced its new initiative, ‘Koffee with IATTE’.

Starting December 1, 2020, the forum will host a virtual meet every Tuesday at 1400 hours where participants can share their perspective on the current scenario of the travel and tourism industry besides learnings and way forward for the sector.

“Our network has grown tremendously over a short span of time. At a time when most of our industry peers are under immense stress, we want to create positivity through this initiative. In spite of the current grave situation being faced by us, we believe that the industry will bounce back strongly. We need to keep our attitude positive and support each other,” said Naveen Manchanda, President, IATTE.

IAATE has recently opened its first State Chapter in Gujarat. Its membership crossed the 1350-mark last month. Earlier, IATTE through written communication addressed to the Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Finance reminded the government of how TCS will be detrimental to business prospects of outbound travel agents besides increasing compliance cost of local companies.
