Divya Bhatia Kaul

Delhi’s Sangam Courtyard culinary gem, Anardana, promising an elevated dining experience that marries tradition with contemporary flair. Situated at its third location, Anardana boasts a vibrant ambiance and an enticing menu that reflects a fusion of traditional and modern Indian cuisine.

The restaurant’s décor, featuring pomegranate reds and navy blues, alongside digital artwork paying homage to iconic Indian cinema, sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. The ambience is elevated further with the addition of lots of green plants and soothing colours. The menu, a blend of classic comfort dishes and innovative creations, offers a delightful culinary journey for patrons. Talking about food, so Anardana at Sangam Courtyard in Delhi offers a dining experience that delights the senses and satisfies the palate, especially for vegetarians like myself.

Moving on to the starters, standout dishes like Tandoori Malai Broccoli, Quinua Golgappe, Palak and Kale Patta Chaat, and Dahi Kebab showcase the chef’s creativity and expertise. The Tandoori Malai Broccoli is a revelation, with its light yet succulent texture, while the Quinua Golgappe’s interesting presentation adds an element of fun to the dining experience. The Palak and Kale Patta Chaat is a crunchy delight bursting with flavors, and the Dahi Kebab offers a satisfying blend of spices and textures.

In the main course, the Dal Makhani and Jackfruit Biryani take center stage with their rich flavors and aromatic spices. One of the highlights of Anardana is its inventive presentation of the traditional kulfi, available in three delectable flavors – Mango, Paan, and Rose. Trust me they look enticing and taste amazing. The portions are quite generous, so order accordingly.

What sets Anardana apart is its inventive cocktail selection, featuring unique blends of spirits and flavors that complement the meal perfectly. From jalapenos to mango puree, each cocktail adds a playful twist to the dining experience.

The restaurant’s attentive staff and welcoming ambiance ensure that every guest feels at home. Whether you’re a fan of classic Indian comfort food or crave a modern culinary adventure, Anardana Sangam Courtyard offers a dining experience that is both comforting and indulgent.
