Recently, we had an extraordinary experience that left us utterly mesmerized – a visit to Naad Wellness. This wellness retreat is located in Ansal Sushant City, Sector 62, Kundli, Sonepat, Haryana, just a stone’s throw away from New Delhi. Naad Wellness seamlessly blends the ancient practices of yoga, ayurveda, and naturopathy, offering a unique fusion for the holistic wellbeing of the human body and mind.  

This remarkable wellness retreat simply rejuvenates you, invoking a sense of fresh energy and bliss. From stress relief to disease management, customized wellness journeys at Naad Wellness have something in store for everyone. 

Naad Wellness ethos are based on the principles of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy and it offers residential experiences starting from 3 nights which can go up to 28 nights. These include a combination of both experiential (Detox, Destress etc) and medical packages (Diabetes Management, PCOS management, Spine Care, Sports Injury Management etc).  

The objective at Naad is to heal the body, mind, and spirit from within, addressing the root cause of any imbalance, rather than offering a superficial short-term solution. It offers an ideal environment for relaxation and stress relief. The wellness retreat provides an opportunity for patrons to unwind, disconnect from everyday responsibilities, and rejuvenate both body and mind.

Let’s sum up our three-day-long wellness first-hand experience at Naad Wellness.

Day 1: Arrival and Immersion in Healing Surroundings

As we arrived at Naad Wellness, we were instantly captivated by the tranquil surroundings. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the resort boasts a serene atmosphere that immediately imbues a sense of calm and positive energy. Everywhere we looked, vibrant plants adorned the corners, receiving ample sunlight and further enhancing the rejuvenating ambiance. This harmonious fusion of nature and architecture sets the perfect stage for the transformative experiences that lie ahead. 

Naad Wellness offers comprehensive wellness programs that address specific health concerns or goals. These programs may include detoxification, weight management, stress management, and lifestyle enhancement. Each program combines various wellness practices, therapies, and consultations to provide a holistic approach to well-being. After that, we went through a consultation process with expert doctors and wellness practitioners who curated a personalized itinerary for us that would suit our body’s specific needs and goals. Post that we were given a white ‘kurta pyjama’ and slippers to wear during our stay. 

Day 2: The Journey to Holistic Wellness Begins

After a thorough consultation with the expert doctors and wellness practitioners at Naad Wellness, a personalized itinerary was curated to suit our body’s specific needs and goals. The day commenced with an invigorating morning yoga session, set against the backdrop of the enchanting surroundings. The skilled yoga instructors guided us through various postures and breathing exercises, helping us find our inner balance and strength.

Following the yoga session, we indulged in a series of massages inspired by traditional Indian methods, tailored to promote healing and relaxation. The therapies were expertly administered by the highly trained staff, who ensured that each stroke and movement was delivered with precision and care. The foot massage was particularly rejuvenating, relieving tension and revitalizing the senses.

In the afternoon, we had the opportunity to experience aerial yoga, a unique practice that combines traditional yoga with acrobatic elements. Suspended from silk hammocks, I embraced the challenge of defying gravity while engaging in a series of inversions and stretches. The aerial yoga session not only provided an exhilarating workout but also fostered a profound sense of freedom and liberation.

The day continued with a reflex walk, a 15-minute stroll along a specialized pathway designed to stimulate the nerve endings on the soles of the feet, promoting overall well-being. This simple yet effective practice left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Day 3: Nourishment, Healing, and Transformation

At Naad Wellness, the healing journey extends beyond therapies and exercises, as the retreat believes that a significant part of wellbeing lies in the food we consume. We resumed our third day’s journey with oil pulling, followed by the morning drink and morning walk. We then went for the yoga session, followed by a sumptuous breakfast. We also got an opportunity to enjoy the Himalayan Salt Cave and the signature Naad Sparsh. Himalayan Salt Cave is a unique feature of Naad Wellness. Here guests can unwind in a serene environment surrounded by therapeutic salt-infused air. This holistic treatment is believed to promote respiratory health and relaxation, leaving you feeling revitalized and rejuvenated.

Meals at Naad Wellness

Naad Wellness focuses on providing nourishing and wholesome meals that support overall health benefits. The retreat provides a menu of organic, locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients to ensure a balanced and healthy dining experience. From the early morning drink to the meticulously curated dinner, every meal is delightfully innovative and nutritious. The culinary experts at Naad Wellness masterfully craft vegetarian dishes that not only delight the taste buds but also provide essential nutrients for optimal wellness. The highlight for us during our stay was the healthy sizzler that we got on our last night. 

Leisure activities

To add a touch of leisure to the experience, Naad Wellness houses badminton and tennis courts, allowing guests to engage in light-hearted sports activities while fostering a sense of camaraderie. The facilities provide a refreshing break from the wellness routines and a chance to bond with fellow guests.
