SITE India Chapter hosts maiden Knowledge Forum

Recently, the first ever SITE India Knowledge Forum was organized soon after Sanjeev Joshi has taken over as the President of the body’s  India Chapter. 
Held at the Family room of the Hyatt Regency New Delhi, the Knowledge Forum had the imminent Founder & CEO of Indian School of Hospitality, Dilip Puri delivering a keynote speech on “Why is it important to invest in continuous learning as a professional in the industry”.
This was followed by an introduction to SITE Global and the advantages of being a member of the SITE India community that provides access to knowledge events and networking with the global SITE community. 
The forum was well attended by both members and non-members which includes MICE operators, hoteliers and event management companies. The forum was preceded by the meeting of board members, the third since Joshi took over. Some of the board decisions included regular knowledge and education forums, membership drives and events to be organized on a regular basis.
