My Menu Launches Free Platform Supporting 5,000 Restaurants

My Menu, a global restaurant technology provider with a presence in 70 countries, has announced the launch of a free, commission-free reservations and table management system for 5,000 restaurants worldwide.

The initiative comes at a time when independent and mid-sized restaurants are grappling with rising costs, labor shortages, and high subscription fees charged by established reservation platforms. By removing commissions and subscription costs, My Menu aims to ease financial pressure on restaurants while offering tools to optimize table turnover, reduce no-shows, and strengthen guest loyalty.

“During the COVID-19 pandemic, we offered free contactless menus to keep restaurants and their staff safe,” said Abhishek Bose, CEO & Founder of My Menu. That goodwill helped us grow from 300 to over 4,500 restaurant clients globally. Today, as restaurants face new challenges, we’re stepping in again with reservations.

Selected partner restaurants will have access to:

  • Commission-free reservations integrated with Google, Swiggy, and EazyDiner.
  • Table management tools designed to maximize seating efficiency.
  • Guest CRM and marketing features for personalized experiences.
  • Free onboarding and training for smooth adoption.
  • A sustainability initiative, where each new restaurant onboarded contributes to tree-planting efforts under the My Menu Forest program.

Eligibility is targeted at casual dining and full-service restaurants that rely on table bookings, rather than quick-service outlets.

Industry observers suggest that this move could disrupt a sector long dominated by high-fee reservation systems, shifting the balance toward more sustainable models.

This is about more than technology,” added Bose. “We owe our success to the restaurant community, and it’s only fitting to help them thrive in return. When restaurants succeed, the entire dining ecosystem benefits.”
