ADTOI and Eight Continents Hotels organize Fam trip to Jaipur and Sariska

The Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI), in partnership with Eight Continents Hotels, organized a familiarization (Fam) trip to Jaipur and Sariska from July 6 to 7 for its members and media partners. The group visited two properties The Nest in Jaipur and The Astroport in Sariska, Rajasthan as part of the trip.

With the arrival of the group at The Nest, the lunch was served at the in-house restaurant. Subsequently the visitors explored the property which was then followed by a session that incorporated a presentation and Question and Answer (Q&A) session at the banquet named Anvaya. The day concluded with dinner in another banquet hall, Darpan.

The Nest offers an array of lodging options catering to diverse preferences, from luxurious deluxe rooms to opulent super deluxe accommodations and exclusive seasons themed suites. Each setting is meticulously designed to create an ideal environment for guests seeking a revitalizing and memorable holiday experience.

The Nest is the ideal weekend getaway, renowned for hosting a variety of gala events, from lavish weddings and corporate functions to intimate social gatherings and staycations. The resort beautifully balances maximalist interior designs with minimalist outdoor aesthetics. Spanning 9 acres, The Nest features 107 rooms, 3 lawns, 2 banquet halls, and 1 boardroom.

The next day, the expedition continued to The Astroport in Sariska. Nestled in the Aravali hills, Astroport is a unique resort in the country, dedicated to stargazing lovers and astronomy enthusiasts, as its name suggests.

The visitors received a warm traditional Rajasthani welcome, followed by lunch. They later participated in an enlightening session about stars and astronomy, followed by a property tour. The evening concluded with dinner and a live traditional Rajasthani music performance.

Astroport Sariska distinguishes itself through unwavering dedication to sustainability, exemplified by the use of organically-grown produce in its culinary offerings and its provision of educational programs focused on promoting sustainable practices.

Additionally, the resort’s proximity to Sariska National Park presents guests with the chance to encounter rare wildlife species. This unique combination of sustainable initiatives and rich biodiversity makes Astroport Sariska a compelling destination for eco-conscious travellers and nature enthusiasts alike.
