OYO Hotels & Homes – South Asia’s largest, and world’s fastest-growing chain of hotels, homes and quality spaces – has announced that it will be scaling its executive stays offering- SilverKey across 19 cities by the end of the year. The company has further identified corporate travel segment as a key engine of growth for the year and has stepped up engagement in this segment.
Currently operational across 10 cities of Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, Kolkata, SilverKey was launched in April 2018 to cater to the needs of corporate travellers undertaking business trips involving frequent multiple day schedules. SilverKey Hotels are accordingly set-up for long term stay with service apartment like amenities.
These hotels are located in the heart of business hubs and equipped with spacious rooms, upscale interiors, meals, gym and dining area to cater to all the requirements of business travellers. Currently, there are over 55 SilverKey Hotels with 1601+ rooms.
The company intends to increase the SilverKey footprint to 19 cities by 2019-end. While pricing is dynamic, the average tariff range is between INR 1,800-2,500. The company aims to increase presence to 400 SilverKey hotels and 8000+ rooms by 2019 end.
Equipped with modern amenities, SilverKey hotels offer complimentary WiFi, DTH service with an unlimited breakfast spread for guests with the added benefits of breakout spaces for meetings, lounging and dining. Guests can order freshly prepared meals and there is an added provision of self-cooking. With safety and security as the key focus, the hotels have physical security with CCTV surveillance and a 24X7 caretaker to meet the needs of guests.

OYO recently announced a commitment of INR 1400 crores ($ 200mn) for the India & South Asia business, as part of its efforts to further double down on its expansion plans, improve customer experience and ensure increase in continued asset owner success. The India presence has expanded to 259+ cities, 8700 plus buildings (hotels and homes) and 173,000 plus rooms.
