Tivoli Hospitality Group has announced the development of Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli, a new hotel and events destination in Greater Noida. The property is being developed as a combined hospitality and convention facility designed to host accommodation, weddings, social celebrations, and corporate gatherings.
Located in Knowledge Park–II, the property is situated close to the India Expo Centre & Mart, a major venue for exhibitions and trade fairs in the region. The project reflects the continued expansion of hospitality infrastructure in Greater Noida, which has seen increasing demand for venues capable of hosting large-scale events and conferences
In its initial phase, Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli will include 60 guest rooms. According to the company, future phases of development will add additional rooms to increase accommodation capacity, particularly to support large weddings, conventions, and multi-day events hosted at the property.
The property will include several indoor and outdoor venues designed to accommodate events of different sizes.
Among the main venues is The Glass House, an indoor event space with a capacity of up to 450 guests. It is connected to an outdoor lawn named Flora, allowing events to utilise both indoor and open-air settings.
Another major venue at the property is the Grand Ballroom, designed to host up to 550 guests indoors. The ballroom connects to a landscaped lawn covering approximately 4,924 square metres, which can accommodate gatherings of up to 1,500 guests.
For smaller or mid-sized gatherings, the venue Elegance has been designed to host events for up to 300 guests. Combined, the indoor and outdoor venues allow the property to host events with a total capacity of around 2,500 guests, depending on the configuration.

Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli is located within the Knowledge Park–II area of Greater Noida. The property lies approximately 550 metres from the India Expo Centre & Mart, making it accessible for visitors attending exhibitions and conventions at the venue.
In terms of transport connectivity, the property is located about 55 kilometres from Indira Gandhi International Airportand roughly 40 kilometres from Noida International Airport, which is currently under development. The Knowledge Park II Metro Station is around 1.4 kilometres away, while Pari Chowk, a key junction in Greater Noida, is approximately 1.8 kilometres from the property.
The addition of Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli reflects the broader growth of hospitality and event infrastructure in Greater Noida. With increasing exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate meetings, and destination weddings taking place in the region, hotels that combine accommodation with large-format event venues are becoming more prominent in the area.
Once operational, the property is expected to serve both business and social events associated with the exhibition ecosystem around the India Expo Centre as well as private celebrations hosted in the National Capital Region.
