Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has completed 11 years of operations in the city and marked the occasion by unveiling its new philosophy, the ‘11on10 Experience’, aimed at delivering consistent service standards.
Over the past decade, the property has hosted a wide range of events—from weddings and conferences to family staycations—becoming a regular venue for both local residents and international travelers.
“The ‘11on10 Experience’ is not just an anniversary celebration. It is a statement of our commitment to make every interaction exceptional – today, tomorrow, and for years to come,” said Rajneesh Kumar, General Manager, Novotel Kolkata.
The hotel highlights a mix of local and global elements in its operations. Guests are welcomed with a traditional Namaskar, while menus include both regional dishes and international options.
Technology and sustainability are also part of its focus. The property has introduced digital check-ins, app-based dining, and virtual tours to streamline services. On the environmental front, it has invested in electric transport, EV charging points, and reduced plastic usage, in line with Accor’s larger sustainability goals.
Beyond accommodation, the hotel has expanded into experiences such as festive celebrations, wedding lounges, and outdoor catering. “Our responsibility to our guests continues to grow. We aim to keep inspiring through creativity and innovation,” Kumar added.
With 11 years completed, Novotel Kolkata says it aims to continue blending local culture, international service standards, and sustainable practices as part of its future direction.
