Cheval Collection to reopen Chelsea property

Cheval Collection, the award-winning hospitality group with luxury serviced apartments, has announced the reopening of Cheval Phoenix House. Cheval Phoenix House is due to reopen on 4th July 2024 after undergoing a full-scale 15-month-long refurbishment, involving a total reconfiguration of all apartments, extensive upgrades to fixtures and fittings, and complete modernisation of the interior design.

Superbly located just moments from Sloane Square on a discreet side street in Chelsea, Cheval Phoenix House boasts a selection of 34 open plan, one- and two-bedroom apartments available to book for any length of stay. This boutique residence puts London at your fingertips, whether you are visiting for business or leisure.

When it reopens on the 4th July 2024, the apartments will feature open-plan, one and two-bedroom apartments. The apartments will feature contemporary décor and a minimalistic design, making them more spacious and airier. Guests can expect privacy, flexibility and security with our 24-hour front office team available. The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and all the little luxuries and comforts to make you feel at home.

Inspired by its iconic location in the elegant Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, each apartment is minimalist and modern with contemporary décor, including bespoke artwork. The reopening of Cheval Phoenix House comes as part of a wider initiative by the award-winning hospitality group which is aimed at ensuring that every property in its portfolio – which consists of thirteen luxury all-apartment residences across London, Edinburgh, and Dubai.
