The Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI) in association with India Tourism West and Central region, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India concluded its highly successful Seminar & Adventure Tourism Roadshow in Mumbai on 13th July 2023. We are thrilled to announce the second in the series of the Seminar & Adventure Tourism Roadshow scheduled in Hyderabad on 10th August 2023 at The Plaza Hotel – Begumpet. This eagerly anticipated event promises to be a remarkable opportunity for adventure enthusiasts, travel professionals, and industry stakeholders from across the country to come together, exchange knowledge and foster meaningful connections with the adventure tourism sector.
The ATOAI Seminar & Adventure Tourism Roadshow offers an ideal platform for participants to share best practices, learn from industry experts and explore the diverse world of adventure travel. With a focus on enhancing skills in selling adventure tourism products, invitees will have a chance to attend engaging sessions dedicated to Responsible Adventure Tourism, best practices and valuable insights into the art of marketing and selling adventure travel experiences.
On 8th & 9th August, ATOAI is also organising a First Aid, CPR, Wilderness Responder & Responsible Adventure Travel course for adventure guides in the southern region. This course aims at providing participants with the necessary skills to respond to emergency situations in the wilderness. The course includes comprehensive training in first aid, CPR, wilderness response techniques, risk mitigation, leave no trace ethos and responsible adventure travel practices.
