Hit A Pint: The First Microbrewery Launched in RDC, Ghaziabad

RDC’s first microbrewery, Hit A Pint, is recently launched in Ghaziabad. Hit a Pint is one of the largest microbreweries in Ghaziabad, which produces 3000 liters of fresh beer in a month.

The brewery sources its beer malt water from Germany, with flavours curated to suit the Indian palate. Hit A Pint serves a variety of beers, including craft beer.

Hit A Pint will offer a variety of freshly brewed beers and cocktails along with a diverse and rich menu, which is curated by F&B experts, CYK Hospitalities.  CYK has offered its services from ideation to execution, including conceptualization, menu engineering, chef hiring, SOP formation, business plan, food costing, uniform designing, logo designing, and branding work.

Siddharth Chaudhary, Founder, Hit A Pint, shared “As a microbrewery and restaurant owner, my goal is to create a unique and memorable experience for every customer. From the quality of our craft beer to the freshness of our ingredients, we strive to exceed expectations and leave a lasting impression. We believe that good food and good beer bring people together, and we’re proud to be a part of that tradition.”

At Hit A Pint, one can choose from a wide variety of brews in the Margarita, Classic, or Premium categories. A Hawaiian Margarita and an Ultimate Fresh Margarita are available in the Margarita segment. Bloody Mary and Cosmopolitans are some of the unique and innovative cocktails served at the brewery. As a fine dining restaurant infused with a restro bar atmosphere, Hit A Pint caters to an upscale crowd, primarily families. The restro bar also has open workstations at one corner which can be utilized by the people who want to work and enjoy their drinks along with. The bar, unlike other restro bars, has an unconventional lower seating style, inspired by the bars in New York. The beveled mirror on the walls adds to the brewery’s grandeur, giving the impression of a larger space.

We have researched deep into the markets of RDC Ghaziabad, where there was no brewery in a radius of 15 to 20 kilometers. So, we have helped the owner from conceptualization to execution of the entire project. Our expert chefs have curated the menu to suit the Indian palate. Working with the team of Hit A Pint has been a great experience as both teams synergize well. We are working on a couple of more projects together”,  says CYK Hospitalities.

Besides fresh beers, Hit A Pint serves handcrafted cocktails and delicious delicacies. With an array of delicious food paired with craft beers, the place offers one of the best dining experiences around.
