Q. CapaJet has been operating repatriation flights to India. Do you have plans to tap the high-end travel market in the country post the pandemic scenario?

A. Since the beginning of the pandemic, CapaJet has extended its support to existing clients (which include both private and public sector) and answered the market’s needs, as such we supported various countries to operate special repatriation charter flights and bring back stranded citizens. 

CapaJet has become the preferred carrier for repatriation for countries like India, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Indonesia while discussions are on with many other countries. 

India has a huge potential when it comes to private charter business. Amidst the pandemic, we have noticed a surge in demand of private charters as flyers giving priority to privacy and safety. We are aggressively promoting our services and standards through social media activities, online webinars as well as an amazing and loyal customer base which we have found that word of mouth is spreading fast on our service and capabilities, as well as our amazing aircraft.

Q. How are you reaching out to the Indian market? Is the travel agent segment important to your distribution channel strategy?

A. We have appointed LINKIN REPS – Delhi based travel Representation company extending its support to expand the visibility, brand recognition of the company. India being an important source market for us, we aim to derive substantial growth into the region through PR activities and marketing partnerships and working closely with pan India media.

Yes, the travel agent segment is an integral part of operations and a strong distribution channel strategy is mandatory to ensure a substantial business from a source market. We closely work with travel trade associations, tour operators and partners that further help in strengthening the potential network.

Q. With sanitation becoming key for travellers looking to choose a product, how are you ensuring the best hygiene standards in your flights?

A. One of the key facilities that CapaJet flights ensure are high standard services with complete safety and privacy. Our cabin crew has undergone special training, especially on passenger safety adhering to the highest safety guidelines. We do ensure the aircraft are deep cleaned before boarding and crew are tested before each flight for Covid-19.

Q. What kind of aircraft are you presently utilizing and do you plan to expand your fleet size in the near future?

Capajet offers a fleet of the finest, safest and most technologically advanced private aircraft for personal and business flying needs. With the newest state of the art Bombardier Global 6000 and Global 5000 aircraft, with a seating capacity of up to 13 passengers, whether it’s a short hop or a long-haul journey the luxury aircraft passengers feel right at home. 

While operating the repatriation flights, CapaJet has selected Singapore Airlines A350 and B787 fleet along with  Garuda Airlines A330-900 NEO aircraft that can carry from 250-440 passengers, which allows CapaJet to offer a range of options while consistently delivering high-quality comfort to all those on board, which is true to our international outlook and dedicated Asian service philosophy.
