It is a moment of great proud for Panambi Group as Mr Neeraj Gupta, Founder of Panambi Vacations Pvt Ltd and Panambi Resorts recently was honoured with ‘Presidential Citation’ award by Toastmasters International. He was felicited in delhi by Toastmasters in a gala evening in Delhi.
This citation is presented to members who have shown continual support and dedication to the organization. Recipients of this citation are selected through a rigorous process of selection through a nomination form and later decided by the International President, who has the sole discretion of selecting the winner. The Presidential Citation is one of the highest honour in all of Toastmasters. It is presented in recognition of outstanding achievement by an individual toward the goals and ideals of Toastmasters International.
While receiving the award, an ecstatic Mr Neeraj Gupta, said, “ I am truly honoured to receive the prestigious Presidential Citation Award and it means a lot to me. I dedicate this award to every member of District 41. It was indeed a very proud & inspirational moment for every toastmaster to behold their idols & listen to their words of wisdom.”
Toastmasters always believes in celebrating each other’s success with zeal and vigour and the epitome of this spirit was in full display at the Felicitation event held on October 20th, to honour the International President of Toastmasters International, Mr. Deepak Menon, DTM & the Presidential Citation Recipient, Mr. Neeraj Gupta, DTM. The whole district rallied behind these 2 stalwarts as the who’s who of District 41 came together to witness this electrifying event.
The event started when Ms. Jennifer Ghosh, District 41 Director, delivered the welcome address to set the ball rolling. A host of leaders & seasoned Toastmasters including Mr. Nagaraja Rao (Past International Director) Mr. Janaki Prasad (Past District Governor), Mr. Sandeep Raturi (Immediate Past District Director) & Mr. Mukesh Kulothia (Past District Director), took the stage to share their fond memories & experiences involving these two visionaries.
The event also had some fun activities sprinkled throughout including a soulful song performance & a roast of world champions of public speaking which left everyone in the audience laughing their heart out. The highlight of the event was the candid interview of Mrs. Kavita Menon, wife of Mr. Deepak Menon & Mrs. Vinita Gupta, wife of Mr. Neeraj Gupta, where they shared some personal & memorable stories about these two legendary leaders.
