State tourism departments showcase their offerings at IATO Convention 2019

Various state tourism departments including Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Odisha and Madhya Pradesh educated tour operators about their various tourism products and experiences in the second day (Friday, September 13) of IATO annual convention 2019.

The event which is presently taking place in Kolkata is being attended by over 1,000 delegates.
While making his presentation, Sanjay Pande, Additional Director (P&D), Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan said, “Rajasthan is one of India’s leading tourist state. Domestic as well as international tourist arrivals have been growing in Rajasthan. We will continue to offer unique experiences to travellers visiting the state.”

The theme of this year’s IATO convention is ‘Is Tourism Thriving? – Challenges And Opportunities.
